Ingrid Capacity recruits from OBOS

Ingrid Capacity is expanding its establishment team by hiring Martin Ivarsson, who comes from the housing development company OBOS, where he worked as a business developer. Martin will have a key role in the segment of long-term establishments with a focus on regional and local development.

“Martin’s experience of municipal and political processes from his previous positions has led to a very broad knowledge. He will really contribute to our plan for establishments. The transition to fossil-free energy sources requires a renewed energy infrastructure where storage with batteries has a crucial role to play. Martin with his expertise will contribute to this work from day one”, says Arvid Lilljeqvist, CEO Ingrid Capacity.

Martin Ivarsson joins us from OBOS where he worked as a business developer. Previously, he has also worked for BoKlok (Skanska), and has many years of experience in real estate transactions with both private individuals, municipalities and large real estate companies. He has a broad knowledge of zoning and permitting processes as well as real estate law and contracts. Martin holds a Master of Science in Surveying.
