Ingrid Capacity recruits Karin Lindberg Salevid as COO

Ingrid Capacity strengthens the company by recruiting Karin Lindberg Salevid as Chief Operations Officer. Karin will join the management team and is another recruitment that contributes to the company’s growth journey in energy storage in Sweden.

Karin Lindberg Salevid has 10 years of experience in the energy industry and comes most recently from OX2 Technical and Commercial Management, a fast-growing subsidiary of publicly listed OX2, which provides operations and management services for renewable energy facilities. At OX2 TCM, Karin Lindberg Salevid was part of the management team and active in building and developing the company, while also responsible for an international team.

“In the transition to fossil-free energy sources, energy storage has a crucial role to play and with my previous experience I will be able to contribute to the company’s growth journey on several levels. I am looking forward to taking on the role of COO at Ingrid Capacity and building a company with clear visions and high goals together with the team. The company has an ambitious and clear growth plan and a motivated and competent team”, says Karin Lindberg Salevid.

Karin Lindberg Salevid also has many years of experience in the electricity market and has previously worked with physical electricity trading, PPAs and support services at Vattenfall. She has a background as an engineer in energy systems from Uppsala University. She joins Ingrid Capacity on 1 January.
